One of the most popular card games in the world is "Blackjack" or "21". The object of the game is to have the total point value of the cards dealt to you to exceed the point value of the dealers hand without going over 21. If you draw cards that total more than 21 your hand is "busted" and you automatically lose.
A score of 21 achieved in two cards is a "Natural" or "Blackjack" and receives a payment of 3 to 2. If the dealer gets "Blackjack" also then it is a push or draw. You retain your bet but do not receive a payment. This also applies in all ties.
All cards have their face value.
Picture cards count as 10.
The Ace is either 1 or 11, the choice is up to the player.
To play you must place a wager in the marked box.
You will then receive two cards. At this point you can either:-
a) "Stand"
b) continue to draw.
Pairs of cards can be split. Another bet equal to that of the original bet has to be wagered. If you score "Blackjack" on a split this only counts as 21. Split aces only receive one more card each.
If your first two cards total 9,10 or 11 you may double your original wager and draw one more card.
