How to play Oasis Stud Poker
The initial bet a player makes is known as the “Ante” which will instruct the croupier to deal 5 cards to the player who may pick them up (unlike blackjack where the cards must stay on the table). The player then has the option to either fold the hand (simply by giving them back to the dealer) or they can elect to play by putting the cards face down on the box provided with a further bet being placed on the top of the cards.
NOTE: In order to play your hand you must place a bet of DOUBLE the ante (no more or less). When this is done the dealer will reveal his/her hand and a comparison will be made to see who has won. What’s the catch? The house gains its advantage by setting a minimum “qualifying “ hand is an ace & king together and if the dealer doesn't meet this target they will announce “no hand” and ONLY YOUR ANTE WILL BE PAID regardless of the cards that you have.
